Where do you place the wp-config.php?

    I am still having problem with “Php not running or not insaslled”

    I am using WAMP and as far as i know thta works.

    When I do the “Open wp-admin/install.php” I am never asked to set up a wp-config.php file.

    So I am trying to do the “manual” way but I m not sure where to place the config.php

    Follow after my post.

    Where is the wp-config-sample.php?

    I cant find it anywhere.

    Did it change its name?

    Hi sergec10, the wp-config-sample.php is in the main folder of your WordPress install files. Once you find it, you can manually change the values, then save it and rename it wp-config.php

    Are you opening wp-admin/install.php by visiting the location in your browser or by opening the file in a text editor?
