Where do I change page source file?

    I’m wanting to change the written details on my template (below):

    “Theme fSpring, design by Fredrik Fahlstad Proudly powered by WordPress.”

    Where do I do this? Is there a way to get my page source file off my server? I’m not sure where it’s located. I want to adjust my css file on my computer, but i need some sort of referennce file (which usually would be index.html) but I can’t see the right document.
