Based on the information in this other topic you posted, it looks like you are using Enfold.

Some themes, I believe including Enfold, modify various admin screens that belong to The Events Calendar: a quick way to verify if this is behind the problem would be to temporarily switch to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Seventeen and check if the settings are restored.

If your theme is indeed responsible for removing or hiding the options in question I would encourage you to reach out to them for further assistance. If that doesn’t help you may wish to review the following guide to help troubleshoot further:

Thanks..I found the solution to missing options here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/default-template-settings-missing-from-event-calendar-pro/

However, it did not resolve the original problem of getting the template’s social icons bar under calendar and events (without shortcode). Moreover, the pages look better without the fix, generally speaking.

I’m confident that between the 3 of us we’ll eventually come up with something so I will purchase Pro for now

Our Themer’s Guide can help you get to know how our templating system works — with this, you should be able to add your social icons via PHP function.

    Hey there,

Since this topic has been inactive for a while, I’m going to go ahead and mark as resolved. Don’t hesitate to reopen or create a new topic if you still need help! 😄

    Take care,
    Ed 🤟
