When using BB – Site becomes unreachable

    Hi Guys,

    First, thanks for putting together a great tool/resource. I like it. With that said, while I like it – it mostly causes me headaches that I cannot figure out.

    When I try to use BB, no matter what it is I’m trying to do, the website becomes unresponsive. It takes several minutes before the website is reachable again.

    I don’t even know where to start trying to work out this issue but I’m happy to answer any questions you have so that maybe, just maybe, we can work this out. I don’t want to buy the full version if I have to have a reasonable expectation of the same result so I would greatly appreciate your help with this.

    I have tested and have no problem using any other Page Builder application – it’s just BB.

    Hi sbuskirk,

    Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about the issues.

    What you’re reporting doesn’t sound typical, so it could be that there is a plugin or theme conflict. Have you tried testing BB with all plugins disabled? If that fixes the problem, reactivate them one by one to see which on is causing the issue.
