when sharing user getting 400 bad request error
-
when users are trying to share posts several times it comes up with an error 400 bad request, site: 247bulletin.com

HI Naomi – It looks like the image our javascript is selecting is too large to fit in a request which is causing the 400 bad request. We’re looking into why it’s doing that right now. There’s been a ticket placed for this issue. I’ll let you know what we discover.
Hi @stilettojill – we didn’t forget about you! We have a ticket out for this as well. I’ll keep you posted.
Thanks!
Mary AnneYou rock Maryanne! Thank you for your prompt attention! Super appreciated 🙂
Hi Maryanne,
unfortunately this error is still happening, and I’ve gotten a few complaints about the redirection; so I’ll be deleting the plugin. Sorry it didn’t work out.Hi @stilettojill,
Sorry to hear that! I was just told by my engineers that this issue was fixed. Do you mind enabling the share buttons to see if it works? Please let me know!
Thank you so much for waiting.
Mary Anne

Any news on my issue? I am about to send out a newsletter and with more traffic coming to my blog now I want to have these working or I will need another solution.
Hi superartgirl,
Your share buttons is definitely on our queue to fix, and I apologize if it’s taking longer than it should! You can disable the share buttons in the meantime, and I can let you know when it’s ready which should be in the next few days. Will that work for you? Also, I’ll make sure this gets bumped up the queue on my end.
Again, I apologize for any delay and we’re doing our best to make sure this gets done.
I’ll update you again in the morning to see what we can do. 🙂
Thank you!
