What's the difference between header files?

    Hi,

    I’ve just noticed there are two header files.

    I’m trying to run an Ajax search from my “theme/header.php” file. I can get the search bar to appear- but it doesn’t actually work.

    My exact code (HTML) works prefectly if I run it from “theme/framework/actions/header.php”

    I have tried with a couple of Ajax plugin’s (such as this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/yith-woocommerce-ajax-search)

    Can anyone help?
