I’m familiar with WordPress (having used it for the past year or so) but I’m drawn to the look to Twitter bootstrap, so this seems like a great option.

I’ve used the Genesis framework in the past. I’m wondering if this plugin is compatible with Genesis. If so, how do you set it up?

If that’s not recommended, what is a simple theme that you recommend to go with this plugin? I’m confused why you need a theme at all… isn’t Bootstrap a front-end solution?

    Thanks for clarfying
    Peter

    Hi Peter,

This plugin, at it’s core, just includes the Twitter Bootstrap library. It doesn’t design out your site and provide a theme – it just gives you the CSS and Javascript tools to do so.

I think what you want is a Bootstrap theme, like http://320press.com/wpbs/ for example.

Just a suggestion. I’m not sure what your requirements are, but that’s a place to start.
    Thanks,
    Paul

Paul, thanks for the quick response. Essentially, what I want is to have a site that looks almost identical to the Twitter bootstrap site itself (http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/), with the addition of a blog page and the ability to use WP’s awesome plugin library.

Hope that’s enough info for you to suggest either a bootstrap theme or another theme with your plugin.

    Thanks so much!

I’m playing with the bootstrap theme & it’s working well. Thanks!
