What should "Author: " be in a plugin's header?

I’m having a hard time trying to commit changes to a plugin I developed, and I’m wondering whether the “Author” name is actually a “Author username” instead and I’m being blocked because “it’s not me” who is trying to commit the changes.

My Username is SergioZambrano, and it states “Sergio Zambrano”.
Of course I can’t change it to test, because of the same 403 forbidden issue.
