What is that white border?

Hi, that never happened to me. I tried to add a popup today and even an image popup and a html popup is showing a white border.
I have chosen the 3rd theme because it shows no border. And I set the “Disable Popup Border” to on.
And yet the white border is there!
What am I doing wrong?

P.S.: Don’t bother about the other popup below the one at my test page. I had to use another popup plugin for an advertiser, since I was not able to configure the Popup Builder.
