What is Segments for?

    Hello,

    I found all subscribers in Segments are Unconfirmed status. And most of them look like from spam/hack.

    Are these subscribers counted within 1000 subscribers limited?
    If I delete them from Segment all, any impacts to registered wordpress users list?

    Please advise. Thanks in advance!

    Hi @cfm168

    All users with the status of Subscribed, Unconfirmed and Inactive will be counted. This is also valid for users added to the WordPress Users list and the WooCommerce Customers list, meaning they are counted as well.

    For example, if you have 1,000 confirmed MailPoet subscribers and 2 confirmed WordPress users, your total subscriber count will be 1002.

    If they are WordPress users you won’t be able to delete them in MailPoet. You’ll need to first delete them on the Users page.
