    I was looking for a plugin offering a free calendar shortcode (based on events management of course) and supporting recurring events.
    After several and quick uninstalled trials, I stumbled upon this one.
    While I have not yet gone in depth with its usage, I can easily say that this plugin is right what I needed so far; moreover (briefly browsing the documentation) I have the feeling that it’s vastly customizable as well.
    The author is very responsive, which is a MAJOR plus.
