After buying the Premium Livemesh Siteorigin Widgets package last week, it’s not clear where Premium customers are supposed to get support.

Is it here on this forum? Happy to post here, but I’m a bit confused.

Because the Premium activation email directed me to a dead forum at:
https://support.livemeshthemes.com/forums/forum/livemesh-siteorigin-widgets-support

Which then sent me to a public contact page at: https://www.livemeshthemes.com/siteorigin-widgets/contact-us/

Which generated a ticket at yet another forum at: https://livemesh.freshdesk.com/support/home – a ticket which has gone unanswered after 5 days.

Would the plugin authors please provide some clarity for paying customers?

Hi Mike, as clarified by us couple of days ago, we got really busy with a big rewrite for our themes and missed out on helping out some of our customers for few days. One of our developers was on leave as well although she did resolve your support ticket here – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/posts-carousel-how-to-reduce-title-text-size-in-mobile-view/.

Rest assured, the update is done and we are back to normal schedule of attending to most queries within 24 hours (except on weekends). We apologize for any trouble caused. Thanks for writing to us.
