What exactly is backed up?

I know some methods of backing up WP sites are limited. Like, I don’t think the native Export feature grabs images and I’m not sure a PHPMyAdmin backup does either.

Does this free level of the plugin grab EVERYTHING, page contents, images database I would need to restore the site with?
