What Am I Doing Wrong??? HELP!!

    I don’t know what I am doing wrong….I followed the WP directions for installing WP2.7.1, and I can’t seem to make it “work”.

    I changed the config.php file as directed, and everything uploaded via Filezilla into a “blog” subdirectory without difficulty. The database name, user name, and password all match. The site is:

    http://ipmsthreerivers.scalewarbirds.com/blog

    This is a subdomain of scalewarbirds.com (whose WP2.7.1 I uploaded without troubles).

    Could the issue be due to it being a subdomain? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
