Wellness Theme Issue

Hello all,

I have unchecked the box saying “Display Header and Tagline” but it still appears. How can I fix this? This is obviously a problem with the theme but there is no documentation or support available.

The website is http://www.soothingsoul.co.uk but it just has a holding page at the moment.
