Weird searchbar issue – HELP!

I am now working on moving our blog to a new host.
Everything works fine except for a small, annoying, strange issue.
The search bar does not work;
it adds ” %3C ” before the proper search code
( “blog/%3C?s=hello&x=0&y=0” instead of “blog/?s=hello&x=0&y=0” )

When I edit it in the address bar or write it manually , the search feature works fine.

I Tried everything, the code is exactly the same as in the old website, where could the problem be?
