Weird menu issues

Hello,
I am very new to wordpress and I am trying to set up my new website using a template monster theme. My site is located at http://www.landscapingcalgary.org/wordpress As you can see when you mouse over ‘services’ at the top of the page, it lists every page I add to my site in the sub-menu. Every time I add a page to the left side menu it has to be linked to one of the menus at the top. I have spent days trying to figure out how to un-link pages from the top so I can have a separate menu on the left side of the page and another separate menu at the top of the page. PLease help, any input is greatly appreciated.
