I just installed WF and noticed that it is showing my IP address that I logged in from as
admin 143.95.225.76 3 secs ago
That is not my IP address so I checked the results on other sites that I have WF on and they are showing my correct address. This is also causing me to get locked out of my site. Any idea why this site would show the wrong address and every other site shows the correct IP address?

Depends on your webhost, sometimes the webserver reports the servers ip address as the remote ip address. Cloudflare for example does something similar to this.

You might need to adjust the “How does Wordfence get IPs” parameter.

Hi @jokerjoe

Please check (Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > IP Detection) to see which IP is in use and which one is your real IP, according to the information reported there you should be able to adjust the “How does Wordfence get IPs” option value.
