Did you first disable all plugins (and I even temporarily changed the name of the plugins folder) and activate a default theme (such as Twenty Twelve)?

Also try the usual troubleshooting steps:
– Temporarily switch to the Twenty Twelve theme
– Deactivate all of your plugins (no exceptions)
– Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
– Re-login to your WordPress site.
If you can add tags and schedule a post then try re-activating your plugins one at a time repeating the browser cache and cookies part above.
Put your theme back last. Those steps should hopefully let you find where the problem is.
