Weird Characters after Update

Hi, I just update my blog (www.jornaldovaletudo.com.br/blog) and all words that have any kind of accent went crazy.
Inversão changed to invesrsão, alguém to alguém etc. I guess that this is a character set problem, but I NEVER changed the character set, since I installed wordpress, my character set is UTF-8.

So, what should I do?!
