Website taking long to load

Hello All,
I’ve just done a revamp of my site and bought a theme from https://theme.co/x/ and i have built my site and I still have tweaks to do but I have noticed that it is just taking to long to load. Even to make changes in wordpress dashboard. I use yahoo to host my site and I just don’t know where the delay is in the host or the theme or the content. I don’t use too many plug ins either.
