Hi,

I installed the W3 Total Cache plugin, followed many tips I found about the right configuration, and did several tests. The best result I got in GT Metrix was 65% (grade C). I saw other websites and read many reviews saying that their websites got a B grade or even an A grade. I thought that with my website it could be the same, but unfortunately that didn’t happen: it simply stagnated.

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help.
I’ve tested the website and got a somewhat different score:

What I can see from the report is that the main problem is with the external (3rd party) files that are loading on your website.
As powerful as W3TC is, it cannot handle any external files that are called from some theme or other plugins, simply because W3TC can only optimize files that are coming from your server.

This impacts Total Blocking time and also the LCP.
