Website restore times out

    Hi, I encounter the issue of “Website restore times out”

    [2022-03-14 12:50:07][notice]start extracting file:/var/www/vhosts/upfmalaysia.org.my/httpdocs/wp-content/wpvividbackups/upfmalaysia.local_wpvivid-622ea356dabb8_2022-03-14-10-07_backup_db.zip
    Website restore times out.

    I waited for 40 minutes and the “website restore times out” happened.
    It started extracting “backup_db.zip”, but it never finished.

    For the restore timeout issue, please follow this doc to solve it.

    If the problem persists, then are you able to send us a debug zip(you can find it on the plugin’s Debug tab) to contact(at)wpvivid.com to help identify the problem?

    I have the same error, tried to follow the instruction on the doc provided and dont work at all. and I see a lot on the topics are about this type of issue. hope this can be resolved soon.
