Website restore times out.

    Hi there,

    I’m getting an error when restoring backup on the new domain: “Website restore times out”.

    I have searched through the troubleshooting points and in my case, it is not possible that there is not enough space on my hosting. There definitely is enough space. However, the files are ~700mb. The database is under 100mb.

    Can you advise how to prevent the restore from timing out?

    Hello,
    It seems the process of restoring hit the limit of PHP execution time of your web hosting. Would you please send us (support(at)wpvivid.com) a debug information via the debug tab of our plugin. We are going to check it out. Thank you so much:)

    Thank you for your support moving my website. Too bad my web hosting is limited, otherwise this would be a must-have plugin for all my websites (maybe in the future when I can afford better hosting). Great support though – thanks again.
