Website php help!!? (Simple solution?)

Firstly take a look at my website, WeAreRnB.Com.

Basically the problem im having is getting the home screen posts to be the full size of the column, For example the Jay Saint – Drifters post on the home screen is all squashed together and the player, which should be the full width of the post or at least as wide as the image above it, is automatically made smaller.

If you actually view the post (http://www.wearernb.com/13738/jay-saint-drifters/) you will see how it should look.

Any help is appreciated
