website page code

hey, i have accidentally deleted a some code from the page template on my website, it has removed one of the sidebars, would any body have any idea how to go about fixing this?the theme is Abstrakt3c 2.0 by Kaushal Sheth, and i was able to write back in some of the code, and got one of the side bars back, but for some reason, cannot get the other one. some advise would be appreciated.
