    We have checked of your website and found that there is likely a conflict between our Plugin and the Litespeed Cache that you are using on your site. Litespeed Cache is getting HIT which renders any changes by our Booster inapplicable unless it’s cleared – whether manually or automatically
    To ensure both can work together we recommend that you install the Litespeed Cache plugin from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/litespeed-cache/. Once the plugin is installed, please locate the plugin’s menu in WP Admin and ensure that it is configured as follows:

    1. In the Cache -> Purge tab, ‘Purge All On Upgrade‘ should be ON.
    2. All options from the ‘Image Optimization’ and ‘Page Optimization’ tabs should be turned OFF.


    Once done, please re-enable our plugin in Test Mode – When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster. The 10Web Booster will become inactive on your live website while remaining active for testing and troubleshooting.
