Website Not Responding

Hello,
After uploading the WordPress files to my host and installing some plugins it always gives the error: “504 took to long to respond” and the whole website crashes. I already tried disabling all the plugins, the times I don’t use and enabling debug mode. But nothing seems to work.
Is this is a problem with my hosting or?
