website not loading on phone

    I had to de-activate Jetpack plugin on my Gallery-Pro theme website. The theme is not loading on phones. It works on PC and tablets. Website shows as wordpress basic, or something, I am not sure.
    Anybody know what might be the issue?
    Would love to use the plugin, but not if people can’t use my site on a phone.
    If you look at my site, I have the plugin deactivated. If somebody might be able to take a look, I can activate it for that use.

    @horsebutte can you ensure you don’t have the Jetpack Mobile Theme enabled?

    Jetpack’s Mobile Theme offers a way to make your site mobile-friendly if your current theme is not responsive or hasn’t been updated in a while.

    Yours looks good on mobile so, you’ll want to be sure Jetpack’s mobile theme is turned off.

    Can you confirm whether that’s the issue?
