Website loading problem

    i have installed new theme that is Astra but w3 total cache not letting it load properly i have deactivated the plugin then my website load perfectly, it means this plugin is giving some problem i will share some screenshot so you can see

    Hello @abhir69

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.

    Can you please manually delete the /cache/ folder in wp-content, go to your wp dashboard and purge all cache.
    Also, make sure to clear your browser cache and disable the “Prevent caching of objects after settings change” option In Performance>Browser Cache.
    Make sure to save all settings and purge the cache after each change.
