Website javascript breaks when i delete contact 7 plugin

Hello everyone.

I’m trying to uninstall the contact 7 plugin from my wp website but when i do that my website is broken and not functioning properly when i do so, when i try reinstalling the plugin than my website resumes to function properly again.

Any idea how i can delete the plugin properly without it causing issues to my website?
