Hi,

I haven’t logged into my WordPress wp-admin page for a while and I went in today to update/edit my website and I get the dreaded:

This page isn’t working
brianthacker.tv is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

My website is working just fine, so how do I get in. I’ve looked at lots of posts and many say how to fix it on the wp-admin page – but I can’t get in to fix it!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are unable to log in to the Admin page of your site and receives the error code: HTTP Error 500.

Since this topic is related to fixing your WordPress account, it would be better to post it in the Fixing WordPress forum thread.

Meanwhile, internal server errors (error 500) are often caused by plugin or theme function conflicts.

Can you please check the proposed solutions on this blog and see if that resolves your issue?
