Website Icon and Hamburger Missing

Hi there,

I have recently created a website, however for one of my blog posts the website icon and the hamburger are missing, so I cannot navigate back using the website. This is only the case for one of my blog posts, the other blog post seems to have this working fine.

I tried contacting WordPress, however they said the following…

“Thanks for your patience. We have accessed the WordPress Admin Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Header >> Here I see that it is enabled already for the Blog pages. However, the effect isn’t taking place in the website.

It would be great if you could contact the theme vendor Neve to check on this as this has to be associated with the theme issue.”

I would be really grateful for any help to get this rectified.
