Website Hacked

I have been running a wordpress page for a few years with no problems.

Before Christmas my page has been hacked into leaving this message when you sear the web address.

I have logged into the website and tried to republish everything but nothing i try seems to fix my issue.

If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
