Website got slower

Hi.
I intalled WP fastest cache plugin. My website sometimes works really fast and sometimes really slow. SOmetimes it take 1 second to load the page via cache, sometimes it take 40 seconds. And in different laptops has different effects.

Does it take time till it gets normal? or do I need to do something?
