Website Fatal error

Hello,

I update to word press 5.5, and now I am getting the following error at home page, and admin login page.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_Date_Query in /home/content/25/10297325/html/wp-includes/class-wp-date-query.php on line 17

I did a delete of admin and includes, and re uploaded it. still getting same error.
