Website down + can’t access dashboard anymore

    Hi,

    We’ve been trying to access our website for days now but it seems it’s down. It tells us “This site can’t be reached”. We tried accessing our dashboard as well but we can’t seem to do that either it says page not found or error.

    Can you please help us with this issue
