Website dosen't open after manual update

I wanted to update my website automatically through wordpress dashboard but it didn’t go well and I had to do it manually. I followed a tutorial for manual update but everything went wrong and now my website isn’t opened at all! here is the error I get once I try to open the URL in a browser:

what should I do now?
