Website developer – how many client sites

I’ve read this page thoroughly, and starred at the pricing charts, and I’m still not clear. The pricing is difficult to understand. (If I could make a suggestion, perhaps adding some examples to the FAQs – cost for a site owner, cost for a user of multiple sites, cost for a web developer.)

If I buy the Premium Personal account, I can install Keyy Premium on up to 15 client sites, correct? And they can each have up to 15 users on their site?

I hope so – then I don’t have to have each client paying $39/yr., I front the cost as the developer/maintainer.

Please can you use this form instead? http://updraftplus.com/ask-a-pre-sales-question/ Don’t worry that that’s the website for UpdraftPlus; it’s the same company so it’ll get to the right person. (There’s no ‘pre-sales’ form on the getkeyy.com website yet – I will get that remedied!).

Yes a pre-sales question form for Keyy would be nice, I looked all over and couldn’t figure out how to contact anyone! I have an UDP account already, so I’ll head over there.

(Might this be a good topic to pin to the top of the support forum?)

David – I am waiting for another reply from Bryle.

She was initially confused and thought I meant my UpdraftPlus license would cover Keyy (or something like that). I think I’ve clarified that you told me to use the UDP pre-sales contact form; asking her to route to the right person or even to you, but I still haven’t heard back.

I’m anxious to get Keyy on a client site, your assistance is most appreciated!

I’d love to reply to you here, but the wordpress.org moderators have made it clear in the past that their requirement (https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products) is not one we can negotiate about. Bryle is at work today, so hopefully you will hear from him soon!
