Website Crashed and cannot access admin page

    I believe this is tied to the robo-gallery update from yesterday morning. Since then, I can not access the page in any way. I have tried to use info online regarding ftp, but I can’t seem to figure it out.

    This is pretty much the worse time for the site to go down, and I don’t know what to do.

    Via FTP or your hosting control panel, delete the directory wp-content/plugins/robo-gallery/

    Once you can login again, reinstall that plugin.

    How do I get to my hosting control panel? I was handed admin of this site last year. I thought I had all of the credentials, but I am not having any luck using filezilla per a tutorial I found.

    Thank you. I did end up contacting the host and have got my site back up and running again.
