• Hi,

after trying to deactivate WP-Optimizer the whole website crashed.

rely on your help now, cause I depend on it.

What I have here is the complete HTML Folder Backup (via FTP) and the SQL Backup File (from this morning).

    Thanks,
    Michael

The site is working now after 5 hours of trying to bring it to life again.
Still I want answers, why is this happening.

I want to be able to deactivate the plugin without killing my website!

Could you send me a copy of your server’s PHP Error log?
You can find this log through your web hosting control panel (typically cPanel). If you are unsure where to find the PHP Error log, you can ask your hosts to provide it.

Just as feedback: I have managed it. The log wasn’t listing anything.
I have checked the htaccess and there was code from SG optimizer. I simply removed it and there was no break down anymore.
So, it’s maybe alsoways a good way to check some old code in the htaccess that is not removed by the plugins. (sadly)
