Website Color Changes Itself

    Hey guys I got a quick question, my website color changes itself rapidly. The original color of the theme is light/baby blue but I changed it to dark red. While the website loads it will sometimes show the original color and flashes to the color I changed it to rapdily. How can I stop this? My website is here.

    Any help/advice/tips are appreciated.
