• Hi ,

My webshop keeps changing on its own, and I was told by Elementor that I need to contact my host, however they were no help either. The text on the front page keeps changing automatically. I’ve already followed Elementor’s steps, but I’d like to know how to fix it.

In the video below, you can see what I mean. The issue is that when I make the changes (as shown in the video), they revert back later on like it looks in the beginning of the video.
The Massage Shop of Europe – TouchPro Europe Shop – 24 September 2024 – Watch Video

Here are the steps Elementor told me to follow:

    • Make sure you have a complete backup. How to Backup WordPress (Manually or Using Plugins) | Elementor.
    • Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard. Click the Performance tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
    • Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress dashboard.
    • Clear your WordPress cache (using a WordPress plugin if you have one), your server cache (contact your hosting provider), and your browser cache.
    • Deactivate all plugins except for Elementor and Elementor Pro. (If this solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit).
    • If this doesn’t help, temporarily switch your theme to the Hello theme and see if that fixes it.

I hope everything is clear. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.

    Thank you

If I understand correctly, do individual styles of the website sometimes disappear? In your video you can see a section of the home page where you set the text color. Do you have to do this again and again?
Or did you do it once and then it always looks different in the frontend?

If the latter: you have an optimization plugin with WP SuperCache, which could interfere here. Deactivate it as a test to see if this changes the behavior.

    Hey Threadi,

Thank you very much for your reaction. The problem is indeed that I have to do the changes again and again.
I know you said to delete the plugin if it was for option 2, but I tried it for option 1 as well and this did not help. Do you have any other ideas on how I can fix it.

    Kind Regards,

I was not talking about deleting the optimization plugin, but only deactivating it. Optimization plugins can create exactly the effect you are experiencing here, which is why I would recommend doing this again.

This did not work for me. It still has the tendency to change on its own.
