    Hi there,

A few months back I had Swift Performance added to my site. All was working well until recently. It seems that for some reason random webpages on my site are not implementing the custom CSS that I have written in. The only way to solve this has been to reset the warmup table and then all goes back to normal until a certain point when pages start to show up with errors again (not capturing that custom CSS code). I have also seen that pages are getting cached at random times when no changes have been made to the site. Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this.

    Thank you

If you use multiple cache plugins, it could generate conflicts as they are doing the same tasks.

    Hi Fred,

For now I am only using the Swift Performance plugin for caching. The Divi team gave me a way to fix the issue by disabling the “Static CSS File Generation”. However now I am seeing issues on Gtmetrix where there are browsing caching errors, which I believe are related to the CSS. Also when loading the site now, there are split second issues where it is not capturing the custom CSS but resolves once the page is fully loaded.

Any ideas on a fix without needing to disable the static CSS file?

    Thanks for the help

In GTmetrix I don´t see caching errors. To avoid the “split second issue” you should disable generate crtical css in Settings->Optimization->Styles.

For better results you might enable merging styles and scripts and optimize your images.

Under Settings-Optimization-Styles I only see one option which is “Merge Styles –
Merge CSS files to reduce number of HTML requests”. Is there somewhere else where the “generate critical css” is located?

You need to click on the Advanced View tab in the right corner.
