Website already connected

    Hi,

    A previous admin setup this plugin, I disconnected their account and trying to connect mine so we can subscribe to paid plan. However, it says:

    “Trouble connecting your website to 10Web: Website Already Connected: this website is already connected to the 10Web dashboard via the 10Web Booster plugin. Please disconnect it from the 10Web Booster plugin to be able to migrate.”

    Can you help?

    Hi dear @custardtank ,
    Thank you for contacting us.

    Will you please kindly go to WordPress Dashboard > 10Web Booster section and disconnect the plugin from the current subscription? I can see it is still connected.

    As soon as it is disconnected, please, let us know and we will complete the needed changes, so that you reconnect the website with another account.

    @manegr it seems to be working now.

    One question I have is around lazy loading, for example i don’t wan to lazy load the site logo because it doesn’t show on mobile until you crawl. is this possible?

    Dear @custardtank ,
    The section is loading on interaction only due to our Delay JS functionality. We can exclude the section.

    However before I complete any changes, will you please deactivate Smush plugin? It conflicts with 10Web Booster and may create different issues for your website.

    Is the website disconnected now? I was not able to complete the request.
