Webpages become unavailable

    I’m currently redesigning my website using the RT Theme-18 theme for my wordpress site. My issue is that if you click anywhere on any page it greys out like a page loading effect but takes away the ability to search, scroll and to click on any link.

    If the description of my issue doesn’t explain properly please visit my website to see for yourself. Let the page load and click anywhere on the page and you’ll see the problem.

    I have never seen this problem before so I’m open to suggestions on how to fix it. I’ve made sure the Page loading effects are turned off in the settings and I’ve even turned of Responsive effects as well… neither one worked to fix the problem.

    You have a lot of javascript scripts loading on these pages. You are also getting a javascript error every time you click on the page.

    My guess is that either theirs a bug in one of the scripts or they are conflicting.

    I would take out all the scripts and start replacing them one by one until I found the offending script. It could a be a combination of scripts, but that would help you narrow down the problem.

    A quicker solution may be to contact the theme authors to see if they’ve experienced this before.

    @cybermatrixmedia: Sorry, but you’re using a premium/paid theme. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.     Thanks for the help. It was the lightbox plugin. After deleting it everything works fine now.
