Webpage not loading only when you re-subscribe

    Hi
    If a user joins the newsletter/mailinglist. He receives a welcome mail, with a modify profile link. If the link is used to de-list, and will be removed from the maillist, he will stay in the database and status will change. So far so good.

    But if that user tries to become a member of the mailing list again, the webpage becomes white and won’t reload (or takes over 5 sec or more). The mail list process will continue and finish normal. Just the welcome page is not loaded.

    When the user is removed from the list by the administrator in the newsletter plugin. The removed user can go through the list process without any problem.

    Hope for a solution.

    That is not correct behavior, especially the waiting time you’re experiencing. Please, check even if the multiple subscriptions are accepted in the subscription configuration panel.
