Webpage for registered users

Hello all !

Good day !

I am creating a website where registered users can update their profile and submit posts. These details should be visible to people who are not registered.

Registered users will be given a username and password to login.
Users can only post on their respective web page only.
Users can edit the profile or posts.

I have tried plugins like buddypress and Ultimate member. But all these plugins are kind of social activity plugin.

Could someone suggest a plugin to do so. It would be of a great help. I have been waiting for answers for so many days. I have raised this question in multiple support forums and facebook pages. But am not getting a proper response. So, Kindly help me resolving this.
