Webhooks, which Stripe plugin is needed

    Hi,

    Have recd an email from Stripe stating the Webhooks aren’t working. Summation:

    We’ve had some trouble sending requests in live mode to a webhook endpoint associated with your OurCareBooks account. Stripe sends webhook events to your server to notify you of activity in your Stripe account, such as a completed payout or a newly created invoice.           

    The URL of the failing webhook endpoint is: https://www.ourcarebooks.com/wp-json/wc-stripe/v1/webhook     

    You (or someone on your team) configured your Stripe account to send events to that URL. You can change your account’s webhook endpoints from the Dashboard.

    We emailed our host and sent him what Stripes we have, who said we need to contact you. Currently, we have on OCB site:

    Plugins:

    Accept Stripe Payments – Deactivated and Reactivated

    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway – Activated it

    ~~~~~~~~

    Then in Settings> Payments

    Stripe (Official)- Activated it 

    Credit Cards (Stripe) by Payment Plugins  (is already Active)

    Afterpay (Stripe_ by Payment Plugins that integrates with your Stripe account – (is already Active)   ….do I need?

    ACH (Stripe by Payment Plugins  (Inactive)………………do I need?          why so many ughh

    I’m not sure which I really need activated.  :/

    Plugins:

    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway – Activated it

    We currently don’t have an integration with WooCommerce plugin. So if you are attempting to use our plugin to work with WooCommerce, then that might not work as you intended unfortunately.

    Hi,

    You have several Stripe-related plugins on the site, so it’s worth narrowing down
    which one owns that webhook.

    The failing endpoint is:
    /wp-json/wc-stripe/v1/webhook

    That one is not from our Accept Stripe Payments plugin. Our plugin doesn’t register
    any REST API (/wp-json/) endpoints at all, so it can’t be the source.

    That URL belongs to the “Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce” plugin – the one
    showing in your payments list as “Credit Cards (Stripe) by Payment Plugins”. Their
    support team will be able to tell you whether the webhook needs fixing or whether
    it’s a leftover endpoint you can safely delete in your Stripe Dashboard:

    Note that this is also not the official “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” plugin, which
    uses a different endpoint format.
