@deeptisinghal
We’re sorry you’re having trouble with the breadcrumb schema error reported by Google Search Console. I imagine this can be frustrating for you. We’d like to look a closer look.
Please go to SEO > Search Appearance > Content Types(tab) >> Web Stories and input breadcrumb title for example Web Stories on the Breadcrumb Title field and save the setting.
Now, clear all your cache from your theme, plugin, server, CDN like CloudFlare or browser and test the URL via the Rich Results Testing tool.
Does this fix the issue?

Thank you so much for a quick reply. Really appreciate it.
About the error of GSC, I have followed the steps suggested by you and it has started the validation. I am keeping my fingers crossed for passing it too.
About the AMP Validation, it was showing page eligible even when I faced the GSC errors.
It’s still eligible so I guess there is no AMP validation issue here.
I shall update you once I get the results of the validation fix.
Thank you so much.

Update:
Today GSC showed an error in Coverage: Redirect error for the above webstory after I made the changes you suggested.
I checked the Inspect and tested live URL. It said webs tory is on Google and has valid AMP, which is strange as the coverage redirect error said story can’t be available on Google as it’s not Indexed as it has errors. Very confusing.
I clicked validation fix for this error and it started the validation process.
The breadcrumb errors are also in process of validating.
Anything I might have missed. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Hi @deeptisinghal
We tested out the web story URL you provided in both Google’s Rich Results Tool and Structured Data Testing Tool and we don’t see any more errors relating to:
1) Either ‘name’ or ‘item.name’ should be specified
2) Missing field ‘item’
You mentioned you are now seeing an error of “coverage: redirect error for the above webstory” but when we try to load the web story itself, it is loading with a status 200 and doesn’t seem to be redirecting to another page.
We also ran it through Google’s AMP test and can confirm that it is showing as a valid web story, so we’re not exactly sure why you’re still receiving error reports from Google Search Console when all the tests have confirmed that there are no more warnings or errors for that respective web story.
Please do monitor and check on the validation process for any updates.

Thanks for the quick update. Yes, when I checked I found no issue in the webstory URL. It loaded without any error and has no AMP issue.
I have started validation fiz for both breadcrumbs and redirect errors.
Waiting for the result.
Shall update here once I get them.
Thank you for your time.
Appreciate it.

Hey,
Update:
Thank you for the response. The breadcrumbs validation has passed. I am hoping the coverage to be passed soon too.
I got the views for stories in analytics so I am sure that they are been seen by users (though not much).
Thanks again!
Appreciate your support.
